Orks are large, angry, and foul killing machines. Most are organized into small bands or tribes and spend the entirety of their generally short lives battling with anything or anyone nearby. If there are no other races present, they will quickly turn on one another. It is their lack of cohesion which makes them a threat which the other races can deal with.

Black Orks may distribute Experience to Attribute Focus: Natural Armor Value at a rate of 2/1.
The common Ork, called a Black Ork, is made of pure muscle and stands between 6 and 6 ½ feet tall despite its hunched posture. Orks cut an imposing figure and are capable of besting anyone in single combat. Their skin is tough and leathery and generally a green/brown color. Any hair is black or a dark, bloody red, greasy, and unkempt. They have brutish build, thick muscles, small eyes, thick brow, and solid jaw. Their teeth often protrude from their mouths and come to jagged points. To top off their terrifying appearance, all Orks are covered in scars from numerous previous battles.
Orks seem to possess an innate understanding of warfare and become capable of crafting their own weapons and armor from an early age. Though generally of low quality, they have discovered basic ironworking skills and craft crude but effective arms and armor. They are also known to scavenge heavily from fallen foes, so the look of an Ork war party is anything but uniform.

Brown Orks may distribute Experience to Attribute Focus: Natural Armor Value at a rate of 3/1.
Brown Orks are slightly smaller, less battle frenzied Orks from the middle and southern regions of Signar. Though rarely trusted, it is not unheard of for Brown Orks to be members of civilized society. They are still natural warriors with a mind for war, but an enhanced intelligence allows them to see outlets other than mindless violence.
Brown Orks are smaller and have a slightly more intelligent look about them. Their skin is mainly brown with only a hint of green, and they have been known to groom themselves, though many seem to prefer dreadlocks over well kempt hair.
They have no fashion of their own; rather, they dress in attire similar to that of the local populace.

Ork Ogres may distribute Experience to Attribute Focus: Natural Armor Value at a rate of 2/1.
Ork Ogres are the largest and dullest of the Orks. Hailing from the frozen northern mountains, they stand over 7 feet tall and are capable of crushing a man with a single blow. They share many traits with Black Orks, simply being a bigger, stupider incarnation. What they lack in wit they make up for in sheer unstoppable power. They seem capable of taking an excessive amount of punishment before dying, even going so far as to lose one or two limbs and continue fighting, apparently unfazed.
Ork Ogres are more primitive than their Black Ork cousins and seem incapable of fashioning their own equipment. Instead they scavenge from their foes or skin animals they have killed and wear their bloody hides for warmth. This ends up giving them an even more terrifying appearance, as they often charge into battle already covered in blood and animal entrails.
